You will receive an email when we have processed your return. This is also a confirmation of receipt. Have you opted for a refund? Then we will refund the purchase amount within 5-7 days via the same payment method. If you pay afterwards, your payment obligation will lapse. Have you chosen to exchange? Then the new product will be sent within a maximum of 3 working days. You will receive either a track & trace code from DPD Post to track the new order or an e-mail from the carrier to make a delivery appointment.
