Before we can receive your order back, we request that you register it via the link in the information email of your order. This way we can send the necessary return information. After we have approved your return request, you have 14 days to return the product. As soon as we receive the package, it will be checked and processed by us. We request that you complete the return request as completely as possible. This ensures faster processing.

Package has been returned processed

Once we have received the returned item in our logistics, the return will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. You will always receive a confirmation email of receipt. Didn't receive a confirmation email? Please contact us via the service form.

Have you opted for a refund? You will then receive the purchase amount back within 5-7 days via the same payment method. For paying afterwards, your payment obligation will lapse.

Have you chosen to exchange?

Then the new product will be sent to you within a maximum of 3 working days. You will receive either a track & trace code from DPD or an e-mail from the carrier to make a delivery appointment.

Take into account the different banks where it can sometimes take 1 to 2 working days before the amount is actually in your account.
