You can choose to have your order delivered to an address of your choice. For the packages, DPD is the party that arranges the shipment for us.
Package items
If a package meets the following conditions, we will send the package by post:
- Maximum 31.5 kg
- Packaged no larger than 175 x 78 x 58 cm
- Recognizable by shipping costs € 5.95 with product information on the website
- Cost of shipping.
The Netherlands: Delivery costs of a package within the Netherlands are €5.95. If you want to order several products at the same time, we may have to send the products as multiple packages, which can increase the costs to €9.99 or €14.99. An order within the Netherlands above €50 is always shipped free of charge.
Belgium: Different delivery costs apply to Belgium. The costs for sending a package are €6.99. With multiple packages, these shipping costs can increase to €11.99 or €49.95. The delivery costs are visible in the shopping cart so that you are never faced with surprises.
Service upon delivery by DPD
When we have processed the package in our logistics, and it is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail with the track & trace code to follow your package. If the package is already delivered to your neighbors on the first delivery attempt, you will receive a note from DPD in the letterbox. A signature is required to receive the package. Not at home? No problem! If you are not at home on the first delivery, you will also receive a note in the letterbox. Your package will then go to the nearest DPD collection point where you can pick it up. Please note: your package will only remain here for 7 days to be collected. Then the package comes back to the sender.
Holidays
If a public holiday falls on a weekday, it is not counted as a working day. This also applies to shipments abroad. Your package will not be delivered the next day.
