Do you have a defective product and do you want to make a claim under the warranty? Always fill in the service form first and select the subject of warranty. Do not forget to attach photos of the defective product and the accompanying proof of purchase.
Has your warranty application been approved?
After the warranty has been approved, you will receive a solution from us. This differs per product, in some cases the product must be returned for repair and in other cases only a specific part will be sent. Our employees guide the entire process.
Please note: as a buyer you are responsible for returning your warranty product. This means that you must pack the product in the original packaging or in another sturdy packaging. In addition, you must keep the proof of shipping and all risks regarding the return are for the customer. We are not liable for any loss and/or damage to the return shipment.
