If we are unable to deliver an order by post, we will engage another carrier. This carrier delivers our larger packages. A delivery day will be agreed upon in consultation with you prior to delivery.

Make delivery appointment

Making a delivery appointment is done by telephone for delivery in Belgium. For shipments within the Netherlands, an appointment must be made by e-mail. You will automatically receive an e-mail from our carrier in which you can easily select a day. If you have not received this e-mail, please check your junk mailbox. If you can't find the email there either, you can contact us via the service form.
